Did you just install a brand new pool? Make sure to protect your investment with a pool startup. Pool startups are vital to make sure your pool finish cures properly. After filling we will add needed chemicals over a 15-30 day period until we reach the perfect balance. This process ensures your pool will look it's best for years to come. While we are at it, we can answer your questions and assist you in operating the new equipment.
Our weekly service consists of skimming, brushing, vacuuming if needed and emptying all baskets. We will keep the water healthy by monitoring chemicals and adding what is needed for a clean and clear pool.
During weekly upkeep, we will complete a visual inspection of all pool equipment to make sure everything is in working order. Regular equipment maintenance keeps repair costs low and prevents costly problems that can fly under the radar.
Proper filtration is the key to clean and clear water. We make sure to clean filters a minimum of 2-3 times a year or when needed. Keeping filters clean will prevent algae growth, green or cloudy water, stress on your equipment as well as keep your pool looking its best.
Standard pricing is based on an average size pool with landscaped yard and working vacuum and equipment. Some pools will require more chemicals and maintenance than others which will cause pricing to change. Prices shown are monthly price. Pool is serviced once a week. All basic chemicals are included with monthly service. This excludes salt. Salt is tested and added early spring at an additional cost.
Filter cartridges are cleaned at a minimum of twice a year at an additional cost. Once in the spring and once in the fall.
There is a spring tune-up fee once a year billed in April. This will cover all the extra enzymes, clarifiers, phosphate removers, tabs, etc. used throughout the summer.
